Let’s be honest, sometimes it makes you feel a little crazy, with the sweating, the jitters, paranoia, not being able to think etc. It can be so hard to try and keep a level head, especially when it happens at an inconvenient time.
Note: This does not apply to really bad lows, in that case, who cares, shout It from the roof tops and get some sugar into you!
